介绍了我国投运的首台采用再热蒸汽短路调温技术的745t/h循环流化床锅炉的设计与运行情况,并探讨了锅炉运行条件对减排NOx和SO2的影响.由性能测试结果可知,过热器、再热器、旋风分离器和空气预热器设计合理;再热蒸汽短路调温技术能够满足再热器调温要求;在机组带220MW电负荷稳定运行时,锅炉热效率平均试验值和平均修正值分别为90.72%和90.56%;锅炉完全具备最大连续出力745t/h和最低不投油稳燃出力连续运行的能力;锅炉合理运行时可以有效降低NOx和SO2的排放.
This paper introduces the design and operation of the first 745 t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler with reheat steam short circuit temperature regulation put into operation in our country and discusses the influence of boiler operating conditions on the reduction of NOx and SO2 emission. It can be seen that the design of superheater, reheater, cyclone and air preheater is reasonable. The reheat steam short circuit temperature control technology can meet the requirement of reheater temperature regulation. When the unit is running with 220MW electric load, the average boiler thermal efficiency test The value and the average correction value are respectively 90.72% and 90.56%. The boiler is fully capable of continuous operation with a maximum continuous output of 745t / h and a minimum of no fuel and stable combustion output. The boiler can effectively reduce the emission of NOx and SO2 when it is operating properly.
