Objective To observe the effect of aspirin on the adhesion of platelets and adenoid cystic carcinoma cells (ACC-M cells). Methods The adhesion rate of ACC-M cells under different conditions was determined by in vitro experiments. Results The adhesion rate of ACC-M cells was significantly increased after platelet-rich plasma (PRP) was added (P<0.001); PRP was first treated with aspirin and then acted on ACC-M cells, then ACC-M cells The change of adhesion was not significant (P>0.05); the effect of aspirin on the adhesion of platelets to ACC-M cells was non-dose dependent in the range of 0.01-0.25 g/L. Conclusion Platelets can increase the adhesion of ACC-M cells, and aspirin can significantly inhibit the adhesion of platelets to ACC-M cells.
