对外膜损伤致动脉粥样硬化动物模型的建立与评价进行综述。总结近年来国内外对外膜损伤致动脉粥样硬化动物模型的研究,在种属选择、模型制作中的进展情况,并将各自模型的优缺点进行比较,简述模型评价的依据。结果显示本模型的常用实验动物种属为大鼠、小鼠、兔和小型猪等,模型制作方法可分为外膜剥离损伤、慢性炎症刺激和间接刺激。不同的模型动物种属和制作方法各有其特点,应根据研究的侧重点不同而进行选择,通过本文的介绍和总结,能够对合理选择外膜损伤致动脉粥样硬化动物模型提供科学参考依据。
The establishment and evaluation of animal models of atherosclerosis induced by adventitia were reviewed. In this paper, the research progress of animal models of atherosclerosis induced by outer membrane injury in recent years was summarized. The progress in species selection and model making was summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of each model were compared and the basis of model evaluation was briefly described. The results showed that the common experimental animal species in this model were rats, mice, rabbits and miniature pigs. The model making methods could be divided into epicardial injury, chronic inflammation and indirect stimulation. Different models of animal species and production methods have their own characteristics, should be based on the different points of the study to choose from, through the introduction and summary of this article, can provide a reasonable scientific basis for the selection of animal models of atherosclerotic atherosclerosis .
