中央对西藏水利投资力度持续加大,2012年西藏水利投资规模再创新高。各对口援藏单位共派出43个赴藏考察组次,为西藏水利系统举办各类培训班17期,培训职工1000余人次,派出技术专家开展对口指导工作20余人次。水利部会同新疆维吾尔自治区水利厅、兵团水利局等有关单位,及时制定了《关于加快推进新疆水利重点项目工作方案》,明确了7项新疆水利重点项目工作目标。部机关和直属单位超常规安排新疆水利重点项目前期审查,加速办理相关审查审批手续,全力推进各项水利重点项目 The Central Government has continued to increase investment in water conservancy in Tibet. In 2012, the scale of investment in water conservancy in Tibet hit a new high. A total of 43 counterparts from Tibet to Tibet were dispatched to Tibet inspection teams to organize various training courses for Tibet’s water conservancy system and to train more than 1,000 workers and staff members. More than 20 technical experts were dispatched to carry out targeted guidance work.
