通过田间对比试验研究了杂种马褂木无性系插条的生根类型、生根能力的遗传变异、母株的年龄效应和位置效应。结果表明：（１）插条兼有皮部生根和愈伤生根二种类型，大多数无性系呈现其中一种类型，少数无性系同时包含二种类型；（２）成年树和幼年树基部插条生根能力均存在较大变异性，而且幼年树比成年树的变异幅度更大；（３）扦插繁殖的母株年龄效应不明显，成年树的基部萌条具有很强的生根能力；（４）幼年树插条生根存在位置效应。 Field trials were conducted to study rooting types, genetic variation of rooting ability, age effect and locational effect of hybrids in clonal clones of hybrid. The results showed that: (1) The cuttings were both of the two types of rooting and callus rooting, most of the clones showed one type and the other few clones contained two types at the same time. (2) The results showed that there was a large variability in the ability of rooting, and the variation rate of juvenile tree was larger than that of adult tree. (3) Age effect of cuttage propagation was not obvious, and the rooting of adult tree had strong rooting capacity. (4) There is a positional effect in the rooting of young tree cuttings.
