铵油炸药作为当代应用最广的工业炸药主流品种,我国最先由长沙有色金属矿山科学研究所(长沙矿山研究院前身)于1957年与铜官山铜矿、湘潭锰矿,1958年与平桂矿务局珊瑚,望高锡矿合作进行研究试验,主要参加人为莫友芳、成圣圭、聂森林、李亚华、寇纯义等,试验成功采用结晶硝酸铵的基本配方及现场冷混法工艺,在露天峒室、深孔和小直径炮眼爆破中应用得到了肯定的技术经济效果。1961年起,长沙矿山研究院高梦义、许作相、廖荣昌、杨淑珍、秦惠礼等,对铵油炸药的各种问题进行了长期系统深入的研究试验,确定了用作部标准的合理配方、工厂法冷混和轮碾热混两类工艺、防潮防结块处理措施,使本炸药在我国各地区和部门、各种气候条件、除极坚硬矿岩和有大量水以外的所有各种露天和地下爆破工程中得到全面推广,走出了结合中国国情的粉状铵油炸药发展道路。国家经委和冶金部先
