目的检测使用中消毒液染菌量,并对结果进行不确定度分析。方法采集区属医院及社区卫生服务中心使用中消毒液,依照医院消毒卫生标准要求进行染菌量检测,并依据JJF1059-1999《测定不确定度评定与表示》,分析检测结果不确定度来源,对检测结果取对数后评定其不确定度。结果所采消毒液300份,染菌量不合格22份,超标率为7.33%。样品中细菌分布的均匀性和重复测量带来的不确定度是影响结果准确性的主要原因,通过对影响测定结果的不确定度分量分析量化,得出本次实验不合格样检测结果标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.0122和0.0244。结论使用中消毒液染菌量达到完全合格尚有一定距离。为减小实验误差,对检测不合格样进行不确定度分析评定,掌握检测结果的可信度和准确性。
Objective To detect the amount of disinfectant in use, and to analyze the uncertainty. Methods Collecting disinfectant used in hospitals and community health service centers in the district and detecting the amount of bacteria in accordance with the sanitation standard of hospital disinfection. According to JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the source of the uncertainty of test results was analyzed. The test results after taking logarithmic uncertainty. Results The collected disinfectant 300 parts, 22 strains of substandard bacteria, exceeding the standard rate of 7.33%. The homogeneity of bacterial distribution in the sample and the uncertainty caused by repeated measurement are the main reasons that affect the accuracy of the result. Through the quantitative analysis of the uncertainty of the measurement results, it is concluded that the test result of the unqualified sample in this experiment is not standard The degree of uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are 0.0122 and 0.0244, respectively. Conclusion The use of disinfectant in bacteria to achieve full compliance is still a certain distance. In order to reduce the experimental error, the uncertainty of the test samples were evaluated and the reliability and accuracy of the test results were grasped.
