对棉花品质和产量性状进行QTL定位,将优良性状进行有目的的组合,以培育出高产、优质的棉花品种,是棉花分子标记与遗传连锁图谱构建的最终目的。本文简要介绍了棉花遗传育种研究中常用的几种分子标记技术,并概述了利用分子标记技术构建棉花遗传连锁图谱的基本原理及现状。
Mapping QTLs for cotton quality and yield traits, and combining good traits with purposeful purposes to breed high-yielding and high-quality cotton cultivars are the ultimate goal of building cotton molecular markers and genetic linkage maps. This paper briefly introduces several molecular markers commonly used in the research of cotton genetic breeding and summarizes the basic principles and current situation of using molecular markers to construct cotton genetic linkage map.
