1.序言 以前由于转炉吹炼反应很复杂,全凭熟炼工人的判断和经验来操作,因此冶炼的控制精度很差。这对提高产品质量,降低成本,提高生产效率和改善作业环境极为不利。 为解决此问题,新日铁公司从1963年开始,经过十多年的研究,确立了采用付枪的动态控制技术。现在由于电子计算机的采用,只要按起动按钮,冶炼便能完全自动地进行。并能确保停吹时,钢水温度和含炭量的同时命中率达到了过去不采用动态控制时从未达到的90%。 2. 控制方式比较和研究概况 图1示出炉内反应和吹炼控制的关系,说明如下:
