Tympanic membrane perforation repair in recent years, more use of fascia or periosteum for graft. In this paper, 131 cases of tympanic membrane repair patients were placed in the tympanic membrane or tympanic membrane outside the eardrum divided into two groups, the patient’s age, method of operation and technical conditions of the same surgeon, observed for more than six months and compared two groups of treatment. The first group: the graft placed outside the tympanic membrane, a total of 52 cases.
