本实验用 AS 模型家兔β-VLDL 和 VLDL 分别与小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞一起培养,测定细胞内 Ap(?)-B,TC、FC 和 CE 水平变化并观察细胞形态学改变。结果表明:β-VLDL 使巨噬细胞内脂质含量增加并使其转化为泡沫细胞,培养前后两者细胞内 Apo-B,TC,FC 和 CE 含量分别为30.6±3.4,148.6±6.1,49.8±2.8和98.8±10.7μg/mg,细胞蛋白质,差别均有高度显著性(P<0.01);VLDL 组培养前后的差别相应为12.3±2.5,24.0±2.4,11.24±1.6和12.9±2.7μg/mg·细胞蛋白质,差别亦均有高度显著性(P<0.01).两组问差异亦同样均有高度显著性(P<0.01).文中对两种脂蛋白与泡沫细胞的关系进行了讨论。
In this experiment, β-VLDL and VLDL were cultured with mouse peritoneal macrophages in AS model respectively to detect the changes of intracellular Ap (?) - B, TC, FC and CE levels and to observe the morphological changes of cells. The results showed that β-VLDL increased lipid content in macrophages and transformed them into foam cells. The contents of Apo-B, TC, FC and CE in the two groups were 30.6 ± 3.4, 148.6 ± 6.1 and 49.8 ± 2.8 and 98.8 ± 10.7 μg / mg respectively, the differences were significant (P <0.01). The differences of VLDL before and after culture were 12.3 ± 2.5,24.0 ± 2.4,11.24 ± 1.6 and 12.9 ± 2.7μg / mg · cell protein, the difference was also highly significant (P <0.01) .The differences between the two groups were also highly significant (P <0.01) .The relationship between the two lipoproteins and foam cells were discussed.
