近几年来,随着刀具材料技术的进步,出现发展干式切削加工的动向。但在目前,绝大多数切削和非切削加工仍采用冷却润滑液来排除切削过程中产生的热和切屑,以减慢刀具的磨损和改善加工工件的表面质量。 为能使冷却润滑液在加工过程中多次循环使用,需采用过滤装置对它进行净化。通常是根据在冷却润滑液中所要求杂质微粒的大小和在单位时间内所要过滤净化的冷却液量来选用过滤装置。在这里用图表示了几种过滤装置的过滤精度和单位过滤速率,可供选用时参考。
In recent years, with the advancement of tool material technology, there has been a trend of developing dry cutting. However, at present, the vast majority of cutting and non-cutting machining still use cooling fluid to eliminate the heat generated during cutting and cutting chips to slow the tool wear and improve the surface quality of the workpiece. In order to enable the cooling lubricant to be recycled many times in the process, it needs to be purified by a filtering device. The filtration device is usually selected based on the size of the contaminant particles required to cool the lubricant and the amount of coolant to be purified during the unit of time. Here the graph shows the filtration accuracy of several filtration devices and unit filtration rate, for reference when available.
