当前,我国政府采购仍处在发展阶段。本文分析了近年来高校政府采购中存在思想认识不到位、预算编制不严格、采购周期长、政府采购价格与高校期望值存在一定差异、高校政府采购管理机制不健全,缺乏专业性人才等问题,针对上述存在的问题,提出了提高思想认识、强化采购预算管理、采取灵活多样的采购方式、加强高校采购管理机构和采购人员队伍建设的建议。 At present, China’s government procurement is still in the development stage. This article analyzes the problems such as the imperfect understanding of the government procurement in colleges and universities in recent years, the budget is not strict, the procurement cycle is long, there is a certain difference between the government procurement price and the college expectation, the university government procurement management mechanism is not perfect, the lack of specialized personnel and so on. The above problems, put forward suggestions to improve the ideological understanding, strengthen the procurement budget management, adopt a flexible and diverse procurement methods, and strengthen the construction of college procurement management agencies and procurement staff.
