原子吸收分析中多数元素的标准曲线线性范围较窄,高含量中测量值往往落在曲线弯曲部分,为了扩大测量范围,现多数仪器具有曲线校直装置,但它操作调整烦杂,效果也不理想。本文提出的曲线校直计算,方法简便。作图法与线性回归法原理相合。先求出校直系数K,然后对试样测量的吸光度进行校直计算,经过校正后的吸光度在标准曲线直线部分延伸线上查得含量。文中通过测定高锰实例计算,证明方法简便可行,便于推广应用。

The curve alignment calculation proposed in this paper is simple and convenient. Drawing method and linear regression method coincide.
