一、引言2010年,国家质检总局在全国质检工作会议上提出建立大质量工作机制和推动大质检文化建设,随后国家质检总局通过《大质检文化建设工作方案》,并成立大质检文化建设工作组,跟进指导与落实,行业上下日益凸显文化建设的重要性。文化传承与创新是大学的第四大功能。中国计量学院作为我国计量领域唯一的本科院校,其办学具有鲜明的行业特色。近年来,学校把“计量特色”作为宝贵资源,认真挖掘,并通过多形式多途径,将精心打造的“计量文化”传递给校内师生,起到了良好的文化育人作用。 I. INTRODUCTION In 2010, AQSIQ proposed to establish a large-quality working mechanism and promote the construction of a large-scale quality inspection culture at the national QC inspection meeting. Subsequently, the SAQSIQ passed the “Working Plan for Quality Inspection and Cultural Construction” and set up a large Quality inspection culture construction team, follow-up guide and implementation, the industry has increasingly highlighted the importance of cultural construction. Cultural heritage and innovation is the fourth largest university function. As the only undergraduate college in China’s measurement field, China Jiliang University has distinct characteristics of running a school. In recent years, the school has used the “metrology characteristic” as a precious resource to excavate it earnestly and pass the meticulously built “measurement culture” to many teachers and students through many forms and multiple channels, playing a good role of cultural education.
