目的:为临床急救工作探索便捷、实用的人工通气方法,以提高急救抢救成功率。方法:对呼吸科116例急救气管插管者,比较经喉罩气管插管与经喉镜及经纤维支气管镜气管插管术所耗时间及成功率。结果:经喉镜及纤维支气管镜气管插管一次置管成功率100%,经喉罩气管插管一次成功率85.7%,但经喉罩气管插管较经喉镜及纤维支气管镜插管所需时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:经喉罩气管插管简易、可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore a convenient and practical method of artificial ventilation for clinical first aid to improve the success rate of emergency rescue. Methods: A total of 116 emergency tracheal intubation patients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine were enrolled in this study. The time and success rate of tracheal intubation through laryngoscope and endoscopic laryngoscope were compared. Results: The success rate of primary laryngoscope and endobronchial tracheal intubation was 100%, and the success rate of tracheal intubation through laryngeal mask was 85.7%. However, the success rate of laryngeal endotracheal intubation was higher than that of laryngoscope and fiberoptic bronchoscope Time required was significantly shorter (P <0.05). Conclusion: The laryngeal mask endotracheal intubation is simple and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
