[目的]研究广昌晒红烟品种“黑老虎”的生长发育及品质特点,以充分发挥其资源优势。[方法]以驿前铁赤烟、杨溪木勺烟、赤水铁赤烟、头陂柳叶烟4个品种为试验材料,比较不同品种的生长发育过程、品质特点及经济性状表现。[结果]驿前铁赤烟的田间长势中等,大田生育期长短适中,调制后烟叶经济效益最好;香气物质总量最高,棕色化产物类及类西柏烷类物质含量也较多;感官质量得分也较高,香气质和香气量较好。[结论]驿前铁赤烟的田间长势、经济效益及调制后烟叶品质综合表现最优。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the growth and quality characteristics of Guangchang sun-cured tobacco variety “Black Tiger” to give full play to its resource advantages. [Method] With four varieties of YiZhi iron red smoke, Yangxi wooden spoon smoke, Chishui iron red smoke and Tamarix chinensis leaf tobacco as test materials, the growth and development process, quality characteristics and economic characters of different varieties were compared. [Result] The field of iron red smoke in front of the station was medium in field, the growth period of field was moderate, the economic benefit of tobacco was the best after modulation; the total amount of aroma compounds was the highest, and the content of browning products and the like were more; the sensory quality Score is also higher, aroma quality and aroma is better. [Conclusion] The field growth of iron red smoke in front of the station was excellent, and the economic efficiency and the quality of the cured tobacco were the best.
