矢向引导型Twin-block矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类上颌骨及磨牙的远移作用

目的:探讨矢向引导型Twin-block(SGTB)矫治器对生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者的上颌骨及上颌磨牙的作用。方法:选取34例利用SGTB矫治器进行矫形治疗的生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形病例,二期正畸治疗未拔牙,采用Pancherz分析法定量研究治疗前、后上颌骨及上颌磨牙的后移量,利用SPSS20.0软件包评价其疗效。结果:矫形治疗后,上颌磨牙显著后移(1.33 mm,P<0.01),上颌骨位置显著向后(0.68 mm,P<0.01);二期治疗结束后,上颌磨牙轻度后移(0.53 mm,P>0.05),上颌骨位置显著后移(0.65 mm,P<0.05)。结论:SGTB矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类1分类生长发育期错畸形患者能有效地发挥上颌磨牙远移及上颌骨后移作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of sagittal guided Twin-block (SGTB) appliance on maxillary and maxillary molars in Class Ⅱ division 1 patients with growth and development. Methods: 34 cases of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with SGTB orthopedic appliance were enrolled in this study. The second phase orthodontic treatment was performed without extraction. Pancherz analysis was used to quantitatively study the maxillary and mandibular molars before and after treatment After the shift, the use of SPSS20.0 package evaluation of its efficacy. RESULTS: After orthopedic treatment, the maxillary molars were significantly advanced (1.33 mm, P <0.01) and the position of the maxilla was significantly posterior (0.68 mm, P <0.01). After the second treatment, the maxillary molars were slightly displaced (0.53 mm , P> 0.05). The position of the maxilla was significantly shifted backward (0.65 mm, P <0.05). Conclusion: SGTB appliance can effectively exert maxillary molars remodeling and maxillary posterior shift in patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 growth malocclusion.
