中国汽车行业随着我国改革开放发展了30多年,汽车后市场的交易额从上个世纪80年代的百八亿发展到2011年的数千亿。从事汽车维修、配件供应、汽车养护的行业从业人员也扩大到千万大军。按照班长、排长、连长的编制,其经理人也有百万人之多。汽车是我国的支柱产业,汽车后市场则是最有前景的朝阳产业,但是,其经理人的管理与培训确是行业的盲区。看看各大院校有汽车制造系、汽车销售系,就是没有后市场的管理系,纵观汽车后市场企业,95%以上都是微小企业,企业对职业经理人的渴望非常强烈。
