目的 探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导化疗期高血糖对并发症、缓解期和生存期的影响。方法 回顾性分析 98例成人急性淋巴细胞白血病高血糖和无高血糖患者并发症发生的情况 ;Kaplan -Meier方法评价两组生存期和缓解期 ;Cox风险比例模型分析白血病复发和死亡的风险因素。结果 伴高血糖的急性白血病患者年龄较大 ,易出现血小板减少 ,治疗后易并发感染 ,易发生败血症 ,周围神经病变的发生率也明显升高。高血糖患者生存期和缓解期明显缩短。结论 急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导化疗期的高血糖增加治疗后并发感染的发生率 ,增加白血病复发和死亡的风险。
Objective To investigate the effects of hyperglycemia on the complications, remission and survival in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia induced chemotherapy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 98 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in patients with hyperglycemia and no hyperglycemia complications; Kaplan-Meier method to evaluate the survival and remission of two groups; Cox risk proportional model of leukemia recurrence and mortality risk factors. Results Patients with acute leukemia with hyperglycemia were older, prone to thrombocytopenia, complicated with infection after treatment, prone to sepsis, and the incidence of peripheral neuropathy was also significantly increased. Patients with hyperglycemia significantly reduced survival and remission. Conclusions The incidence of complicated infection after hyperlipemia in chemotherapy-induced phase of acute lymphoblastic leukemia increases the risk of relapse and death of leukemia.
