通过对外加间歇交变纵向磁场作用下LD10CS铝合金HeTIG焊缝组织的分析,发现磁场参数中磁感应强度B、磁场交变频率f和磁场断通比Q对焊缝组织细化效果影响很大.磁感应强度B与磁场交变频率f不能单独选择,必须恰当匹配,同时还必须与焊接规范参数相适应,才能获得最佳细化效果.给出了试验条件下最佳的磁场参数.研究结果对磁控电弧焊接技术的应用具有重要的指导意义.
Through analyzing the HeTIG weld microstructure of LD10CS aluminum alloy under the action of intermittent alternating longitudinal magnetic field, it is found that the influence of magnetic induction B, magnetic alternating frequency f and magnetic field breaking ratio Q on the microstructure refinement of the weld is very significant Big. Magnetic induction B and magnetic field alternating frequency f can not be selected alone, must be properly matched, but also must be consistent with the welding specifications to obtain the best refinement effect.
