因摩托车用二冲程发动机的结构简单、紧凑、重量轻,所以在很多国家广泛地用于小排量的各种摩托车上。但是,由于结构上的原因,通用的二冲程发动机的排气中一般有大量未燃气体,必须采用某些措施,以满足不同国家各种排放标准的要求。作为措施之一,开发出一种剂化剂载体这是用等离子法喷镀陶瓷的钢板制成的,这种喷镀方法增大了催化剂型式设计的自由度。等离子喷镀陶瓷层涂催化剂可喷涂在排气管内表面,从而改进了排气控制系统且不降低功率。
Because of the simple, compact and lightweight structure of a motorcycle two-stroke engine, it is widely used in various motorcycles of small displacement in many countries. However, due to structural reasons, general two-stroke engines typically have a large amount of unburned gas in their exhaust gas and certain measures must be taken to meet the requirements of various emission standards in different countries. As one of the measures, a chemical agent carrier was developed which is made by plasma spraying a ceramic plate of a ceramic, which increases the degree of freedom in design of the catalyst type. Plasma sprayed ceramic layer coated catalysts can be sprayed on the inner surface of the exhaust pipe to improve the exhaust gas control system without reducing power.
