价格手段最近被用来控制网络拥塞和管理网络资源的分配，而价格手段的一个重要特点是可以促进资源的合理分配和利用．本文提出一种基于市场模型的网络带宽分配方法．该方法根据用户的带宽需求和网络系统带宽的使用状况，计算出网络带宽的市场价格，并通过用户的价格参数进行带宽资源的协商与分配．分析表明，该方法可以达到优化系统效率和提高用户满意度的目标．
Price means have recently been used to control network congestion and to manage the distribution of network resources. An important feature of the price measure is that it can promote the rational allocation and utilization of resources. This paper presents a network bandwidth allocation method based on the market model. The method calculates the market price of the network bandwidth according to the user’s bandwidth demand and the usage of the network system bandwidth, and negotiates and allocates bandwidth resources through the user’s price parameters. Analysis shows that this method can achieve the goal of optimizing system efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.
