作为众多民族生活的区域,少数民族法律人才的培养在西部高等教育中占据重要的地位。但遗憾的是,目前的法学教育模式并没有为少数民族法律人才提供符合其需要的特殊内容。因此,西部高校应当充分考虑少数民族法律人才的特点和需要,建构具有较强民族性和适应性的培养模式。少数民族法律人才具有培养目标的特殊性、历史使命的双重性和文化传承的内在性等特点。基于此,其培养模式应当坚持突出特色、强调民族性的原则,从构筑培养模式的有形空间——课程设置到无形空间——建立多元、多层次的实践教学体系等方面入手。
As a region where many ethnic groups live, the training of minority legal professionals occupies an important place in higher education in the western region. However, unfortunately, the current legal education model does not provide minority legal professionals with special content that meets their needs. Therefore, colleges and universities in the west should give full consideration to the characteristics and needs of ethnic minority legal professionals and construct a training model with strong nationality and adaptability. Minority legal professionals have the special characteristics of training objectives, the duality of historical mission and the inherent characteristics of cultural heritage. Based on this, the mode of cultivation should stick to the outstanding features and emphasize the principle of nationality, starting with the construction of the tangible space of cultivation mode - the curriculum setup to intangible space - the establishment of multiple and multi-level practice teaching system.
