目的:探讨医护合作带教法在增强护生康复护理意识的应用。方法:选取60例在康复科的大专护生为对照组,将60例在康复科实习的大专护生为观察组。观察组采取医护合作带教法,对照组采取护士独立带教法。第4周实习结束时由实习护生和带教老师评价带教效果,包括护生自评满意度情况、护生实习考核成绩、护生实习效果评价。结果:观察组护生自评满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生实习考核理论成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Objective: To explore the application of medical cooperation and teaching method in enhancing nursing awareness of nursing students. Methods: Sixty college nursing students in the rehabilitation department were selected as the control group, and 60 college nursing students in the rehabilitation department were selected as the observation group. Observation group to take care cooperation with the teaching method, the control group to take independent nurses teaching method. At the end of the 4th week, the internship nurse and the teacher taught were evaluated the effect of teaching, including satisfaction degree of nursing students self-evaluation, nursing student internship assessment results and nursing student internship evaluation. Results: Satisfaction degree of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The theoretical and clinical scores of nursing students in observation group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05) <0.05).
