已有证明,血清、脑脊液和尿液的体外~1H-磁共振光谱学(~1H-MRS)可提供有价值的生化信息。应用~1H-MRS对各类型卵巢囊肿液的生化成分及其特征进行研究探讨,通过该技术对良恶性卵巢肿瘤行无创性鉴别诊断。
In vitro ~ 1H-MR spectroscopy (~ 1H-MRS) has been shown to provide valuable biochemical information in serum, cerebrospinal fluid and urine. The biochemical composition and characteristics of various types of ovarian cyst fluid were studied by ~ 1H-MRS. Non-invasive differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors was performed by this technique.
