装载机前后车架的铰接是总装配的一道关键工序。通常的装配方法是将后车架放在钢架上,然后用桥式起重机吊起前车架并与后车架铰接。这种装配方法的全过程需要占用一台桥式起重机,用手势指示调节前车架的位置,劳动强度大、费工费时。且因前车架处于起吊柔性状态,导致前后车架铰接孔对位很难控制,直接影响装配质量。为此,我们设计了一台前后车架铰接装配台架(见附图)。该台架由后支架、中支架和小
The articulation of the front and rear wheel loaders is a key part of the total assembly.
