在一些轻度或隐性糖尿病患者中发现有显著的高血糖、失水和昏迷而没有明显的酸中毒和酮血症,目前,这一现象已得到普遍的承认,并称之为非酮症高渗性昏迷。本文对两年来收治的30名患者所发生33次非酮症昏迷和4名非酮症高血糖(血糖>800毫克％)而无意识障碍的患者进行了分析。
