Many studies show that different types of natural water (surface water and groundwater) are enriched to varying degrees with uranium. The degree of enrichment of uranium by natural water depends on a number of factors, most notably the content and form of uranium in the rock, the climatic conditions of the area and the geochemical environment. Therefore, there is still no quantitative representation of this relationship. Hydrochemical research that we conducted in some parts of the Soviet Union enabled us to determine some of the formation laws of the chemical composition of igneous rocks in humid climates and thus solve the problem of uranium in igneous and natural waters
