青东5海油陆采开发模式生产,原油在生产和外输过程中需要消耗较大的燃料进行掺水和升温进行原油降粘。在满足管输体积条件和原油乳化反相条件下对原油掺水量进行分析,确定了不同油井液量下的外输掺水量函数F(X),结合现场外输温度确定了最佳外输温度为43℃。将分析结论运用于现场生产后,掺水加热耗燃料油由之前的15吨/天降低到8.8吨/天,节能效果明显。
