吉布洛上游调蓄水库首部枢纽由碾压混凝土重力坝段和心墙堆石坝段组成,粘土心墙坝坝基覆盖层含有花岗岩全风化土层,土体比较密实,导致高压旋喷灌浆技术RJP工法切削能力受限。在施工中,创新地将高压喷管增加一对高压喷嘴,增大高压水流和对土体的切削能力,实现加大防渗墙的直径和强度。高压旋喷灌浆技术RJP工法在花岗岩全风化地层中有了全新的应用,可为同类基础防渗设计提供借鉴。
The first hub of the upper reservoir of Jibulo consists of the RCC gravity dam section and the core rockfill dam section. The cover of the core dam of the Clay core dam contains fully weathered granite soil and the soil mass is relatively dense, resulting in high-pressure jet grouting technology RJP method cutting capacity is limited. During the construction, a new pair of high-pressure nozzles was added to the high-pressure nozzle to increase the high-pressure water flow and the cutting capacity of the soil so as to increase the diameter and strength of the cut-off wall. The high-pressure jet grouting technology RJP method has a new application in granite fully weathered stratum, which can provide reference for the same kind of seepage control design.
