矩形泄漏孔水平喷射火热辐射研究

为研究矩形泄漏孔水平喷射火的热辐射分布,首先采用火灾动态模拟软件(FDS)模拟具有相同面积的正方形和长方形泄漏孔下13种不同泄漏速度的喷射火,监测喷射火的热辐射数据和伤害半径;然后运用Thornton模型计算热辐射值和伤害半径,添加矩形泄漏孔长宽比因子至模型中,根据模拟结果修正Thornton模型。研究得出:热辐射的Thornton模型预测值和模拟值变化趋势一致,但Thornton模型预测值更大;修正后的Thornton模型可用于预测矩形泄漏孔喷射火孔口近区域的热辐射值;伤害半径与泄漏速度成指数关系,伤害半径的Thornton模型预测结果和模拟结果吻合得较好。 In order to study the distribution of thermal radiation of horizontal spray fires with rectangular leakage holes, fire dynamic simulation software (FDS) was used to simulate 13 kinds of spray fires with different leakage velocities under the square and rectangular leakage holes with the same area, and to monitor the thermal radiation data of the spray fire and Then, the Thornton model was used to calculate the thermal radiation and the radius of injury, and the aspect ratio of the rectangular hole was added to the model. The Thornton model was modified according to the simulation results. The results show that the predictive value of the Thornton model for thermal radiation is consistent with that of the simulated value, but the predicted value of the Thornton model is larger. The modified Thornton model can be used to predict the thermal radiation value of the near hole of the fire hole with rectangular leakage hole. Exponential relationship with the leakage rate, the damage radius Thornton model predictions and simulation results are in good agreement.
