通过实验研究了稀土变质及热处理对过共晶 Al-0.6Mg-18Si 合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。利用扫描电镜与光学显微镜观察了不同处理条件下合金的显微组织,并测试了合金的力学性能。结果表明,综合运用稀土变质处理和热处理是改善 Al-0.6Mg-18Si 合金组织形貌、提高其综合力学性能的有效途径。
The effects of rare earth modification and heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hypereutectic Al-0.6Mg-18Si alloy were studied experimentally. The microstructure of the alloy under different treatment conditions was observed by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy, and the mechanical properties of the alloy were tested. The results show that comprehensive use of RE modification and heat treatment is an effective way to improve the microstructure and improve the mechanical properties of Al-0.6Mg-18Si alloy.
