在当前的医疗活动中,各种医患纠纷越来越突出,尤其是在医患关系日趋紧张的背景下,放射科的医患纠纷也呈现出不断上升的趋势。放射科的医患纠纷主要与工作人员的服务态度、业务技能、设备配置等密切相关,只有针对存在的薄弱环节以及矛盾隐患采取针对性的措施,才能有效预防和避免医患纠纷。
In the current medical activities, various disputes between doctors and patients are becoming more and more prominent. Especially in the context of increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients, the disputes between doctors and patients in radiology are also on the rise. Radiological doctor-patient disputes are mainly related to the staff’s service attitude, business skills, equipment configuration and so on. Only for the existing weaknesses and contradictions and hidden dangers to take targeted measures can effectively prevent and avoid doctor-patient disputes.
