为了研究梗阻性黄疸对人体吸收功能的影响,选择17例经手术证实的梗阻性黄疸病例术前测定血中总蛋白(TP)、甘油三醋(TG)、糖(G)水平并设立对照组,其差异显著(P<0.05)。电镜观察发现黄疸组病人空肠粘膜微绒毛萎缩、线粒体肿胀。以上结果显示梗阻性黄疸可导致空肠粘膜超微结构改变而影响机体对营养物质的吸收。
In order to study the effect of obstructive jaundice on the human body’s absorption function, 17 cases of obstructive jaundice confirmed by surgery were selected to measure the level of total protein (TP), triglyceride (TG) and glucose (G) in blood and the control group , The difference was significant (P <0.05). Electron microscopy showed jejunal mucosal microvilli atrophy and mitochondria swelling in patients with jaundice. The above results show that obstructive jaundice can cause changes in the ultrastructure of jejunal mucosa and affect the body’s absorption of nutrients.
