给 8例新生儿静滴小诺米星 ( MCR)后 ,用荧光光度法测定不同时间内血药浓度。结果 :该方法平均回收率 95 % ,RSD为 0 .3%~ 1 .5 % ,在 1 .0~ 1 6mg/L内 ,其荧光强度与浓度线性关系良好。提示 :荧光光度测定法稳定性好 ,准确可靠。可作为临床监测 MCR血药浓度的方法
Eight newborns were given intravenous infusion of small nimotin (MCR) and their plasma concentrations were measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results: The average recovery of this method was 95% with a RSD of 0.3% -1.5%. The linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and concentration was good at 1.0 ~ 16mg / L. Tip: The fluorescence spectrophotometry stability, accurate and reliable. It can be used as a clinical method to monitor the blood concentration of MCR
