A boy, when he was in grade 6 in elementary school, got the first place in the exam. The teacher gave him a world atlas. He was so happy that he began to read this atlas after he ran home. It was his turn to burn a bath for his family. He watched as he burned. I thought that Egypt is very good. There are pyramids. When you grow up, you must go to Egypt. Suddenly, his father rushed out of the bathroom and shouted, “What are you doing? The lights are off!” The boy said, “I’m looking at the map of Egypt.” The father gave him two boys. Slap in the face and say: “Have a quick fire! Look at any map of Egypt!” After kicking, he kicked the boy and said to him with a solemn expression: “I told you, you cannot go to such a distant place in your life!” Twenty years later, the boy became a reporter, became a writer, and went abroad to investigate Egypt: He sat on the steps in front of the pyramid and wrote to his father. When Dad received the letter, he said to his mother, “Oh, I never expected that a slap would hit him in Egypt.” The boy is Lin Qingxuan, Taiwan’s famous essayist.
