在当前经济时代背景下,知识经济已经占据主导地位,俨然成为世界发展的主旋律,无论在哪一个行业,工作的创新都需要合作,合作创新是人类社会不断进步和发展的根本。就青少年而言,仅仅具有创新能力仍然不够,还需要具备合作能力,能够注重同其他人的沟通和交流,激发创造力,为步入社会奠定坚实的基础。也正是当前时代背景的影响,对于我国的教育事业提出了更高的要求,在英语教学中,传统教学方法只是单纯的教师讲述、学生听讲,这种教学模式存在严重的弊端,难以充分调动学生学习兴趣,锻炼人际交往能力,所以为了改善这种情况,本文主要就在初中英语教学中小组合作学习方法的实践运用进行分析,客观阐述此种教学手段的积极作用,有助于更好的培养学生合作交流能力,在交流中获得创新。
Under the background of the current economic era, the knowledge-based economy has occupied the dominant position and has become the main theme of world development. No matter in any industry, innovation in work requires cooperation. Cooperative innovation is the foundation for the continuous progress and development of human society. As far as the young people are concerned, merely having innovative abilities is still not enough. They also need to have the ability to cooperate, pay attention to communication and exchange with others, stimulate creativity and lay a solid foundation for entering society. It is also the impact of the current background of the times, which puts forward higher requirements for the education in our country. In the teaching of English, the traditional teaching method is just a simple teacher’s explanation. Students listen to the speech. This teaching model has serious drawbacks and can not be fully mobilized Therefore, in order to improve the situation, this paper mainly analyzes the practical application of group cooperation learning method in junior middle school English teaching, and objectively expounds the positive effect of such teaching methods and helps to improve the students’ ability of interpersonal communication. Cultivate students’ ability of cooperation and exchange and make innovations in communication.
