以“中蔬四号”番茄为试材,利用PCR技术从“中蔬四号”番茄中扩增出1 500bp的PG基因启动子,并对启动子序列进行了生物信息学分析。结合PLANTCARE和PLACE数据库Database预测分析PG启动子。结果表明:PG启动子具有多个典型的TATA-Box和CAATBox等基本元件,以及光响应元件、热响应元件、乙烯响应元件、植物组织特异调控元件、胚乳表达相关调控元件、逆境胁迫响应元件、生理昼夜节律控制元件等,说明番茄PG基因的表达与光、温度、激素、逆境等因素有关,为以后深入研究PG基因的调控等研究提供理论基础。
Using “Zhongsou No.4” tomato as test material, 1 500bp PG gene promoter was amplified from “Zhongsou Si No. ” Tomato by PCR and the promoter sequence was analyzed by bioinformatics . The PG promoter was predicted by combining PLANTCARE and PLACE database Database. The results showed that the PG promoter contained several typical elements such as TATA-Box and CAATBox, as well as light response element, thermal response element, ethylene response element, plant tissue specific regulatory element, endosperm expression related regulatory element, stress response element, Physiological circadian rhythm control elements, indicating that the expression of PG gene in tomato is related to light, temperature, hormones, adverse conditions and other factors, providing a theoretical basis for further study on the regulation of PG gene.
