目前,检定压力表的校验器大多是人工手动造压,造压过程劳动强度大、效率低。当用液体作介质检定压力表时,检定后的压力表内易残留液体,可能引发事故。如在以高压空气为动力的设备上压力表内残存水,会造成冰堵使设备无法运行。人工去除残留液难度较大且不易彻底清除,操作不当有可能导致压力表出现零点指示偏移等故障。校验器内液体反复循环
