煤低温氧化活化能是分析煤自燃特性的重要指标。文章提出了利用可加热的小型自燃发火实验台测定煤低温氧化活化能的方法。利用该方法测试了不同自燃倾向性、不同粒度范围煤样的低温氧化活化能,并研究了动态吸氧量、粒度与活化能之间的关系。运用自然发火实验可以准确测定实际煤体的低温氧化活化能,测试结果符合实际的煤低温氧化特性,可以较好地表征煤自燃倾向性。
Low temperature oxidation activation energy of coal is an important indicator of coal spontaneous combustion characteristics. In this paper, a method of measuring the activation energy of low temperature oxidation of coal by using a small heated spontaneous combustion test bed is proposed. The method was used to test the low temperature oxidation activation energy of coal samples with different propensity to spontaneous combustion and different particle sizes. The relationship between dynamic oxygen uptake, particle size and activation energy was also studied. The spontaneous combustion experiment can accurately measure the low temperature oxidation activation energy of the actual coal. The test results are in line with the actual low temperature oxidation characteristics of coal and can better characterize the spontaneous combustion tendency of coal.
