American Oak Ridge National Laboratory will be discharged into the water through the laboratory near the white oak river. To ensure that water is not contaminated, the laboratory continuously monitors the flow and quality of the river to determine if the river meets the federal water quality standards promulgated by the U.S. government. The monitoring process is automated. The total flow of the river was measured by throttling weir throttling. The microcomputer was used to control the sampling system. The sample was sampled for every 10,000 cubic feet of river flowing therethrough, and the amount of each sample was the same.
