进行精细化管理,必须要完善制度和标准,优化工作流程,做好细节衔接,认真严格考核,将管理理念贯彻到具体工作中去,才能取得实际的效果。本文通过对精细化管理、责任制度的分析,阐述精细化管理与责任落实两者之间的关系,只有两者同时运用才能把执行力落到实处,才能把联合站的绩效考核制度建立健全,也才能从细节上减少联合站不必要的浪费,降低成本,提升联合站经营质量,促进联合站可持续发展。
