采用等温溶解法研究298.15 K下交互四元体系(Na~+,K~+//SO_4~(2-),H_2PO_4~--H_2O)的固液相平衡关系。测定了平衡溶液的溶解度数据及物理性质,包括密度,黏度,折光率。根据实验数据,绘制了相应的干盐相图,水图及物理性质-组成图。实验结果表明:在298.15 K下,该交互四元体系相图包括四个共饱和点,九条单变曲线及六个单盐结晶区域,分别为K_2SO_4,Gla(3K_2SO_4·Na_2SO_4),Na_2SO_4·10H_2O,KH_2PO_4,Na_2SO_4,NaH_2PO_4·2H_2O,其中Gla的结晶区域最大,最容易从混合溶液中结晶析出。该体系中存在复盐钾芒硝Gla(3K_2SO_4.Na_2SO_4),结晶水合物(Na_2SO_4.10H_2O,NaH_2PO_4.2H_2O),没有固溶体存在,是一个复杂的共饱和型体系。物理性质(黏度,密度,折光率)随饱和溶液中J(SO_4~(2-))的变化呈现相似规律。
The isothermal dissolution method was used to study the solid-liquid equilibrium relationship of the interactive quaternary system (Na ~ +, K ~ + // SO_4 ~ (2 -), H_2PO_4 ~ - H2O) at 298.15 K. The solubility data and physical properties of the equilibrium solution were determined, including density, viscosity, and refractive index. According to the experimental data, draw the corresponding dry salt phase diagram, water diagram and physical properties - composition diagram. The experimental results show that at 298.15 K, the interactive quaternary system phase diagram includes four total saturated points, nine univariate curves and six single salt crystallization zones, which are K 2 SO 4, Gla 3 K 2 SO 4 · Na 2 SO 4, Na 2 SO 4 · 10H 2 O, KH_2PO_4, Na_2SO_4 and NaH_2PO_4 · 2H_2O, of which Gla has the largest crystalline region and is most easily crystallized from the mixed solution. The complex salt Glauber Gla Gla (3K_2SO_4.Na_2SO_4), crystalline hydrate (Na_2SO_4.10H_2O, NaH_2PO_4.2H_2O) are present in the system. The physical properties (viscosity, density, refractive index) showed a similar pattern with the change of J (SO 4 2-) in saturated solution.
