本文研究了含有大量镍和微量磷酸三丁酯电解液中磷酸三丁酯形式有机磷的测定方法,采用高氯酸和硝酸氧化和破坏有机磷,使磷成为磷酸根离子。然后用醋酸丁酯萃取磷钼杂多酸,它的分配系数大,为620。在有机相中还原成磷钼蓝,进行比色。大量镍的存在对微量磷的测定的干扰是很明显的。对此本文采用将同一样品分成二份,一份除去有机磷作参比,另一份测总吸光度,由差减求得磷量。从而解决了大量镍对磷酸三丁酯形式有机磷测定的干扰问题。一、实验部分
In this paper, a method for the determination of organic phosphorus in the form of tributyl phosphate in a large amount of nickel and trace tributyl phosphate electrolytes was studied. Perchlorate and nitric acid were used to oxidize and destroy organic phosphorus to make phosphorus into phosphate ions. Phosphomolybdic heteropolyacid was then extracted with butyl acetate and its partition coefficient was large at 620. In the organic phase was reduced to phosphorus molybdenum blue, colorimetric. The interference of the presence of a large amount of nickel on the determination of trace amounts of phosphorus is evident. In this paper, the same sample is divided into two parts, one to remove the organic phosphorus as a reference, the other measured the total absorbance, obtained by the subtraction of phosphorus. Thus solving a large number of nickel tributyl phosphate in the form of determination of organic phosphorus interference problem. First, the experimental part
