With the rapid development of fishery production and the improvement of people’s material life, people are very fond of large shrimp products with great meat quality. According to the statistics of the fishery production of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) over the years, the fishery production of shrimp has shown an upward trend in recent decades.
