目的研究左心结构异常与血浆氨基末端B型钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)在射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)患者的相关性。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月惠州市第六人民医院收治的80例HFpEF患者,入组患者随机分组不分性别,均通过超声测量,将患者进行按照检查结果进行分组。第1组:心功能Ⅰ级伴左心结构异常组,25例;第2组:心功能Ⅱ级伴左心结构异常组,35例;第3组:心功能Ⅲ级及Ⅲ级以上伴左心结构异常组,20例。对患者均进行血浆NT-proBNP水平检测,对比检查指标差异。结果3组患者轻度增大、中度增
