本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对大学生除体育课外,平均每次参加体育锻炼的时间、平均每周参加体育锻炼的次数、每次参加体育锻炼后的感受、经常参加体育锻炼的地点及参加体育锻炼之后的感受进行的全面调研。在经过细致入微的调查、统计、分析之后,得出以下主要结论:人际关系、应对能力、情绪状态、健康意识是女大学生参加体育锻炼之后的四个主要感觉。多数女大学生认为参加体育锻炼对自己的人际关系、应对能力、情绪状态、健康意识均能产生比较显著的影响。
