本文报道七家工厂生产环境中的微生物学检测结果,表明选择合理的综合性消毒措施,可将生产环境中的微生物控制到一定数量(≤500CFU/m~3),从而保证了医疗用品内部的生物负载高标准(≤1CFU/m~3)。对常见五种污染微生物抗辐射性的研究,未发现高抗性污染微生物的存在。为进一步正确选择辐射剂量,临床安全使用产品提供了科学依据。
This paper reports the results of microbiological tests in seven factories and shows that the reasonable selection of comprehensive disinfection measures can control the number of microorganisms in the production environment to a certain amount (≤500CFU / m ~ 3) to ensure that the internal High biological load (≤ 1CFU / m ~ 3). The study of the radiation resistance of five common polluted microorganisms did not reveal the presence of highly resistant and contaminated microorganisms.
