皮亚杰曾指出:儿童的智慧源于材料。幼儿正是在与材料的相互作用中不断发展的。活动区域的教育功能主要通过材料体现。在活动区域中,材料是幼儿的活动对象,与幼儿的年龄特点、经验、能力、需要相适应。如此可以激发幼儿的学习主动性,促使其在民主、开放的环境中主动观察、独立思考、发现并解决问题,因此幼儿园活动区域的创设,应遵循安全性、艺术性、针对性、趣味性等诸多原则。
Piaget once pointed out: Children’s wisdom stems from materials. Toddlers are evolving in their interactions with materials. The educational function of the activity area is mainly embodied by materials. In the area of activity, materials are children’s activity objects that are adapted to the child’s age characteristics, experience, abilities and needs. In this way, children’s learning initiative can be stimulated to promote their initiative observation in a democratic and open environment, to think independently and to find and solve problems. Therefore, the creation of kindergarten activity areas should follow many aspects such as safety, artistry, pertinence and interest in principle.
